  2. What advice would you give your younger self? You are loveable, perfect, and never alone. You life will be one long journey of self discovery and in the end it’s all going to work out.

  3. Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end ?  Healthy fast casual food options & fun ways to workout. Wellness as a precious luxury. I like wellness as an accessible lifestyle.

  4. First Job? I took over my brother’s paper route and lasted one month. Ugh, 

  5. Proudest moment? Giving birth to my beautiful daughter, Siena Blue.

  7. Favorite ice cream flavor? Salted Caramel

  8. Coffee or matcha? Matcha plz!

  9. Bath or shower? Bath! But outdoor shower is a close second.

  10. Night time routine? Cuddle my daughter til she falls asleep. Enjoy married life and hit the hay.
