First thing you do in the morning? Some days are different than others, the first thing I always do no matter where I am is I drink a massive glass of water to kick start my digestion and rehydrate my body. Next, I take my dog Georgie out to do her business then maybe TMI for some, I make sure to have a bowel movement because I’m instantly in a bad mood if I don’t. After that, I take a hot and cold shower alternating from each temp a few times to boost my immune system and decrease any puffiness since it encourages your lymphatic system to pump. Lastly, since I’m a morning work out person, I’ll head to a class if I don’t have a photoshoot or anything that morning.
What advice would you give your younger self? Chill out. Stop trying so hard. Quality of quantity when it comes to friends. Say nice things to yourself (really wish I learned that at a young age). It’s okay to cry and be emotional, it requires so much more strength than you realize. Understand that people will bully or try to bring you down because they’re projecting their own things onto you.
Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end? So happy that Gua Sha and infrared saunas are a trend. Love that younger women are starting to look at natural ways to reduce signs of aging etc. instead of jumping straight into botox or filler. Infrared saunas are so beneficial for everyone! We are all faced with so many toxins and chemicals all day long, love that more people are into detoxing. I wish “Fit teas and detox teas” would just go away. Yes, most teas have some sort of detoxing component to them, but marketing these fit teas to lose a ridiculous amount of weight has got to come to an end!
First Job? Well technically my first job was my cleaning business I started when I was 10 or 11 haha. I had business cards and everything! My my real first job was when I started modeling at 15 and really has been my only job since, besides instagram now on the side.
Proudest moment? Probably my campaign I just had with Vital Proteins. My face was on billboards all over and so many friends and followers sent me pictures when they saw me. Was really amazing since I’ve felt I’ve been living two separate lives so it was nice that modeling and WellthyBelly got to come together for a shoot.
3 most used emojis? 😂🐝❤️
Favorite ice cream flavor? Dairy free chocolate peanut butter or mint chocolate chip
Person or brand you are currently loving on Instagram? @the.holistic.psychologist is an account everyone should follow! I’ve learned so much from her and literally save all her posts so I can refer back.
Won’t leave the apartment without? 40oz hydroflask, lip balm, and my phone (wish I could leave that one at home haha)
Current go-to workout? This little boutique fitness gym called SpeedX in Brentwood. It’s by far the hardest workout for me at the moment.
