Follow Up Q&A:
First thing you do in the morning? I drink a large glass of water before I even get out of bed. I love my morning routine, so this is followed by a coffee whilst reading something educational/inspirational, writing my gratitude and goals journal, and jumping on my rebounder!
What advice would you give your younger self? Believe in yourself. You are stronger and more capable than you will ever know.
Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end? Wellness trend I love - collagen in everything, I really think it is a healing superfood. Wellness trend I wish would end? Juice cleanses, detox teas, etc. To up regulate Phase 1 and Phase 2 detoxification we need an abundance of amino acids and nutritional co-factors such as anti-oxidants and minerals, so these programs are at best in efficient and at worst harmful to the body.
First Job? Assistant dance teacher.
Proudest moment? If I’ve helped even just one person then I’m proud of myself every day!
3 most used emojis? ️
Favorite ice cream flavor? Salted Caramel from Fomu (a plant based ice cream cafe in Boston)
Bath or shower? Depends on the situation. Shower to get clean, bath to relax.
Night time routine? I’m currently writing a whole book on night time routines! But currently I love my vibrating foam roller, sleep induction mat, Beam CBD and reading a fantasy novel.
