Follow Up Q&A:

  1. First thing you do in the morning? Juice celery and add athletic greens. I drink that and get ready for the day waiting 20 mins before eating breakfast

  2. What advice would you give your younger self? The best advice to my younger self is to enjoy life more, not be so manic with my food and training, find balance and harmony

  3. Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end? I love the fact that people are working out as an activity rather than going for drinks and the trend I least favor is all the so called fitness influencers who have no idea of helping others but rather leverage their own platforms for gain

  4. First Job? Floor Trainer in a big box gym

  5. Proudest moment? Besides being a father, seeing all the people I have brought into this industry succeeding and doing the same for others

  6. 3 most used emojis? ❤️🤤👊🏻

  7. Favorite ice cream flavor? Movie night

  8. Current go-to workout? Switchplayground or hit house

  9. Night time routine? Bath in mineral salts face cleanse chamomile tea

  10. Favorite NYC spot? Evas kitchen and Charley street
