49: Hannah Bronfman (@hannahbronfman), Founder of HBFIT

On this episode, Hannah Bronfman leads us through her journey of starting HBFIT and writing her book, “Do What Feels Good.” As a goal oriented person, Hannah discusses her transition to a more sustainable lifestyle, and the realities behind wearing many hats in her career. We confer the tools we use to improve our wellness, and compare methods of finding boundaries with our audiences while using our platforms for good.

  1. First thing you do in the morning? I get out of bed and turn the kettle on so that i can have my daily warm water with ACV.

  2. What advice would you give your younger self? Trust your gut always

  3. Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end? Wellness trend I love: tuning into your body and doing what feels good. Needs to end: Diet culture

  4. First Job? I interned for years in PR at different places like, Michael Kors, Ralph Lauren, Warner Music, Kiki de Montparnasse but my first paid job was at the local bar in Tivoli NY where I went to college for our Thursday night parties that I would DJ and promote.

  5. Proudest moment? This is a hard question because I have had a few pinch me moments but I think when I was first signed to Adidas because it was the moment that I realized a large and very influential corporation recognized me and the community I am representing and believed and truly believed in my message.

  6. 3 most used emojis? 💕🤪💅🏽

  7. Favorite ice cream flavor? Coffee or chocoloate

  8. Favorite NYC spot? I love Frenchette, its a great vibe, insane food, natural wine list and they chef and team are from Montreal where my family hails from so I'm all in.

  9. Always in your bag? Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream, a lip gloss from Tower 28, blotting papers, water, wallet and keys and charger

  10. Show you are currently binging? Designated Survivor! Can't stop watching it! it's actually Scandal meets 24! Im hooked...
