  1. First thing you do in the morning? cuddle my dog 

  2. What advice would you give your younger self? There is no such thing as “too sensitive.” You are allowed to feel what you’re feeling.  The challenges you are going through will make you stronger. Trust yourself. 

  3. Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end? Love: destigmatizing therapy and mental health hate: diet culture 

  4. First Job? Camp art teacher 

  5. Proudest moment?: growing the business and being voted best therapy service by Philly mag

  7. Favorite ice cream flavor? Peanut butter

  9. Night time routine? What I want it to be: Staying present, spending quality time with my husband, getting in bed at a decent hour after brushing my teeth and washing my face and falling asleep in 10 minutes. What it really is: Get sucked into my phone, consciously pull myself off my phone, watch a movie, get sucked into my phone again, pull myself off, say “Jen you have to go to bed at a decent hour tonight, get off tik tok” brush my teeth wash my face and moisturize on a good day, get in bed get sucked into my phone, put it down and give myself grace that I’m a work in progress.

  1. First thing you do in the morning? Breastfeed my daughter (I wish that wasn’t the real answer but it is) 

  2. What advice would you give your younger self? None of this shit matters, get on an SSRI sooner 

  3. Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end? Detox diets to end and normalizing therapy to keep going 

  4. First Job? Brusters real ice cream at age 14 

  5. Proudest moment? Expanding wctg was very impactful and empowering 

  6. 3 most used emojis? ✨🔥💀

  7. Favorite ice cream flavor? Mint chocolate chip 

  8. Favorite place to shop right now? Etsy 

  9. Night time routine? Express my gratitude for the day, and anything that skincare by hyram tells me
