28: Catching up with Sari Diskin (@eatwellwithsari)

I sit down with one of my close friends, Sari Diskin from @eatwellwithsari, to have an overall catch-up on our lives. We talk about her creation and pursuit of her blog & Instagram, the privilege that allowed us to be in these positions and the guilt I sometimes feel over that, the act of bringing people together, and remaining a positive force. We also dive into the act of finding balance between and marriage of the Eastern & Western medicine worlds, specifically when it comes to anxiety.
