Follow Up Q&A:
First thing you do in the morning? Make my matcha latte & meditate immediately otherwise I won't do it. Happy to say I've broken my twitter addiction which used to be the first thing I did. Yikes!
What advice would you give your younger self? Girl...put down the booze, step away from the blow & find a passion.
Wellness trend you love and wellness trend you wish would end? I like that the wellness world is embracing mindfulness of all kinds. That's super important. I would love to see certain fad diets that aren't backed by science go away but I'll leave it at that--I don't like to piss anyone off!
First Job? I worked in retail at a little boutique in Newport, Rhode Island called Pink Pineapple. I loved it so much.
Proudest moment? Probably when I celebrated my first year of sobriety. That felt like a big milestone and I had my family with me, my life was opening up and I felt proud, humbled and excited about the future.
3 most used emojis? 👀💖😁
Favorite ice cream flavor? Coconut Cult x Eating Evolved Almond Butter Cup gelato. Favorite thing in the world!
Favorite NYC spot? Our apartment in the West Village. I cry because I miss it so much. But as far as public places...it's impossible to choose. Are we talking food? Shopping? Culture? I love Joseph Leonard or L'Artusi for a late-night dinner near our place (I'm on a different clock in the city!), Lifethyme Market (try to get their raw pumpkin pie, it's to die for), Three Lives bookstore, The Morgan (museum), Bergdorfs...
Stay up late or wake up early? WAKE UP EARLY! I truly panic if I get to sleep after 10:30. I'm a total morning person.
Always in your bag? Le Labo Fleur D'Oranger roller thingy and sencha green tea breath mints; I am OCD about smelling good!

Today’s episode is sponsored by my favorite plant milk company, Elmhurst. As you know from my Instagram stories, you know that I start every morning with my homemade espresso latte. The ingredient that sends this beverage to the next level is the Elmhurst Unsweetened Milked Cashews, which gives it the type of froth we all deserve. If you’re interested in ordering these shelf-stable beverages, use code FF15 for 15% off their website at elmhurst1925.com.
