On this episode, Clarisa and I discuss infertility, miscarriages and surrogacy. Clarisa shares her miscarriage experiences and goes into detail regarding the loneliness and shame she felt throughout the process. We highlight the lack of education on miscarriages, the need to normalize the conversation of this topic, allowing ourselves to grieve, and asking for help when we need it. Clarisa also provides advice on how to be a better support system for friends/family going through a miscarriage and her experience with surrogacy.
