Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tablespoons of butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon of grated lime rind
- 3 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the butter, grated lime rind, lime juice, salt, and pepper
- Heat the grill to medium heat
- Spread the olive oil on the corn and place it on the grill
- Cook the corn for about 10 minutes, continuously flipping it so that each side receives heat
- Remove the corn from the heat and coat with the lime butter
- Serve as a side!
